Maybe President Clinton feels guilty for not capturing Osama Bin Laden.

I wish I could believe that, but I don't. I think Clinton and company never intended to do anything about Bin Laden for reasons of their own. For one thing, they hate the military, and for another, it was more politically expedient for them to pretend that we had peace and prosperity during those golden years. Of course we didn't, it was all a facade created in part by Hillary and the compliant media that adores her. The only terrorists they wanted voters to see were those nasty right wingers who were out to get them while they were working hard for America! (Marxism actually)

You're exactly right. His poll numbers would have tanked if he'd done what was necessary, like Bush has done.

Therefore, Clinton would never have have lifted a finger. Oh, wait - he never DID lift a finger - except to wag it at US...
