"He possibly could have been charged with assault and battery against the Fox host."
What do you think of this statement by the author? It was my first thought when I saw his interview.
Again:
I think that if the tables were turned, and a Republican had menacingly leaned over a lefty and tapped his knee with his finger while dressing him down, we'd be cheering.
And if the left made comments about "assault and battery" as a result, we'd be all over them, sneering at them, laughing at their "wimpiness".

He broke the law... again. Just by tapping his knee he could be charged with assault. You can't touch someone in that manner. Those laws are not for those on the left or the right, but for you and me.
Now, after checking your posting history, I think you are a sleeper troll. Just visualize me poking my finger in your face when I say that and menacingly leaning over into your face tapping your knee, too.
