I think it was premeditated, coordinated between the two of them to position hillary to get the nomination.
bill was angry at his staff after the interview because he blew it bigtime. (He always blames others for his failures.)
His mission post-'presidency' has been to revise his legacy of utter failure. But his actions these past few weeks ('the path to 9/11" and the interview) have focused the world on the truth.

How is she doing Upstate? Apparently she seems to fare very well throughout the entire State if we're to believe her poll numbers. I live in a republican stronghold and was dismayed to read the royal reception she got from GOP officials when she visited my town. Go figure.
