WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) - With gasoline prices plunging, U.S. consumer confidence rebounded in September from a nine-month low, the Conference Board said Tuesday.
The consumer confidence index rose to 104.5 in September from a revised nine-month low of 100.2 in August. Read full Conference Board survey.

As Rush says, good news for America is bad news for the Dems. Whether just 40 plus days out from the election this good news holds and voters give Gopers the balance of their votes is still up in the air. Being a Phillies fan, I have to see victory before I trust it. Same with our Gopers. And the supposed discernment of the American voter!
