Bush Administration had one chance in Tora Bora.... and the Clinton Administration had eight to ten chances that they refused to even try.
there is no proof that OBL was even at Tora Bora at that time. there are alot of myths about Tora Bora - those vast cave complexes we all saw sketches of, didn't exist.
OBL had plenty of advance knowledge about 9-11, plenty of time to plan his escape and exit. He was long gone into Pakistan by that ime, is my guess.
This Liberal myth keeps getting repeated and General Tommy Franks explained this pretty well in his book !
That one chance to Clinton's 8 to 10 is what is so crazy about his contention that "At least I tried, that's better than some, I tried and failed." No Bill, you didn't try and fail, at most you THOUGHT about trying and did nothing.
