Rangel is a vicious nut, but he is also a prominent leader in the Democratic Party.
Deserves repeating. It is the bottom line on Rangel. He always plays the race-card and there is no innuendo to low for him to utter with a smile on his face. A demogogue of the worst kind and a well repected Democrat.
