Liberal lunacy exposed. Maybe Chavez had Chomsky in Howie Carr's death pool (local reference).

Why couldn't Hugo Chavez hold up one of my books?

Send him one, a$$hole. He probably will.

Okay. I admit I'm not the brightest, nor the cleverest, nor the most up to speed on things.

But can someone please explain to me why A FREAKING LINQUIST is quoted, referenced or otherwise paid attention to at all? As if his political opinions matter.

He's a linguist, for God's sake.

Maybe they should read "Do What I Say - Not What I Do." It exposes Chomski for the fraud that he is.

Chomsky is nothing without Kissinger or Vietnam...I think he devotes the first 100 pages of every book on them.

"Why couldn't Hugo Chavez hold up one of my books?"

gosh, it seems quite simple to me -- hugo chavez will be remembered as the a*shole who actually took noam chomsky seriously, while noam chomsky will be remembered as the a*shole who was only taken seriously by intellectually challenged communist nutjobs like hugo chavez.

ah, noam chomsky - trotskyite defender of khmer rouge, pol pot and cambodian genocide... to be defended along with the usual suspects Mao, Stalin, and any person or thing that advances the New Socialist World Order... ah, noam chomsky, the national poster boy for why academic tenure needs to be abolished...

What I don't understand is why a prestigious military academy like West Point would invite Chomsky as a key note speaker.

I have to laugh at the thought of
commie/socialist/marxists wanting
to "$ell more book$" in this
Capitalist society. The irony seems
to be completely lost on them. ;o)
