If it was a purely private initiative, than more power to them, but I am more than a little annoyed to know that the taxpayers are giving out yet another $10 million to the world.

I do understand your frustration...and I agree to the extent that this is a Clinton group that WE are working with.

I do NOT trust that man with my $$$$$$$$$$...which is just one of my problems with it.
