Uh-oh, did McD's put a warning label on that coyote like they did those hot cups of coffee to protect innocent consumers? 'Cause I'm thinking this lady's got a nice settlement coming her way! :-)

The trial pimps can't have it both ways...Now that the hazards of fast food are the basis for numerous lawsuits, I think the McD's employees have a fairly good defense on the grounds that they weren't feeding the coyote, so much as they were trying to induce heart failure in the nuisance animal. I'd bet at least one employee had further stepped outside during his shift to expose it to second hand smoke as well....

Yep. They're keeping the coyote as a publicity stunt, but they're labeling him with one of those "HOT" coffee warning stickers and having a "Name the Coyote" contest. Any ideas for a name?
