Yes, having a magazine stand like that would keep the Democratic voters occupied out front until the polls close.

"That Constitution guarantees all America citizens the right to vote and the right for their vote to be counted.

I think the operative term here is "America citizens" Nancy. You spooky little wack job.

Once again, I am INFURIATED at the GOP!!! Just like they allowed all of the false charges against Bush to go unanswered, they allow these outright lies to go unchallenged... The Dems succeeded in bringing a solid President's ratings into the low 30s (now low 40s) with their outright lies...

When the HELL is the GOP going to grow some and call this what it is, a blatant attempt at fraud!!!

To those that have read my posts over the years... I certainly don't agree with President Bush on everything (I don't agree with ANYONE on everything, nor would I want to)... but the one thing I've complained loudly and to anyone that would listen, is the lack of a counter-attack, until just recently... Even setting the record straight... I'm still FURIOUS at Bush, Cheney, Hastert, Frist for not fighting back at every turn... By the way, where the hell is Cheney? He should have stepped down a long time ago as V.P. and become a senior advisor, where he can still be of value

This is just disgraceful IMO, as just like there was a cumulative effect of all of those blatant lies and charges, a significant number of Americans are uninformed, apathetic, or just ignorant, and all they hear are these 2 second sound-bites... Bush and senior GOP leaders need to use their influence and FIGHT BACK... HARD.

The rats can't win as it is...with this bill they'll definitely NOT WIN...hard for cheaters to vote more than once along with not being citizens of the USA...it's about time someone tackles this huge HOLE...closing it up tightly...

we said that we would no longer tolerate the many nefarious methods – poll taxes, literacy tests, grandfather clauses, and as our colleague John Lewis can attest, brutal violence – that had been used to deny African Americans and other minority citizens the right to vote. Today this legislation seeks to turn back the clock. And they call it integrity.

Good example of the decline of the Democratic Party.

They should go back to the original voter qualification. Ownership of property (smile).
seriously, an ID card is truly a necessity at this point. We have 20 million illegals here and some of them will vote.

Trying to take away the right of the dead to vote and others to vote again, and again, and again....

How in the hell does having to present an I.D. cause disenfranchisement. I presented mine the last time I voted and took no offense to it. It is the easiest way to discourage voter fraud. She does not speak for this black woman when she predicts that I will be disenfranchised.

First, the judge ruled on the Georgia constitution.

Second, in no way is what she is sanctioning is a preservation of voter rights, but, a dilution of those rights to those not authorized to vote.

Bolshecrat, not only brain dead, but, representative of the dead.

Technically, there is no Constitutional requirement for a background check, fingerprints and a photo ID for owning a firearm, either...

Not so. It's to prevent ineligible voters from voting, and other fraudulant things.

Between this and California's AG suing six automakers for billion$ in damages from global warming -- during the big push portion of these midterm elections -- I'd have to say, "thank you". :')

In discussions with so-called liberals, they posit that an ID requirement is the equivalent of a poll tax. I allowed that the # of folks in 2006 who do not have a photo-id is statistically meaningless, but they don't see it that way.
