If you ask me, you're all a bunch of whiners. Every one of these threads are filled with insults and personal attacks and calls whines to the moderators from both side for "fair" treatment. There are no clean hands here. The body of this whiny thread even includes and attack on the other side. It's nothing more than an invitation to continue the flame wars. If the wars continue, we'll have no choice but to implement a policy of automatically moving anything to do with this issue to the backroom and y'all can pleasure yourself all day with ripping each others eyes out. There already is a policy to move to SBR. That's obvioulsly necessary.

A few months back, a new phenonomon began - one in which flames were thrown or the sake of throwing them and instigating trouble with the mods and with you. It worked. Who wants to sit and take it forever?

Anyway, it was a good idea on their part. It worked.

Actually, it's an attempt to get them to stop. Why would I want flame wars? THey cause threads to be hidden, locked, or deleted. It is in my interest to prevent the flame wars to prevent the hiding, locking, and deleting of threads.

The trouble is that one side wants flames and the other doesn't. ONe side tries to avoid hitting abuse and the other relishes it.

If all someone has to do is hit abuse to move a thread - with no qualitative judgement made on the post then no progress has been made.
