If that's true, then I guess that Carter is responsible for the boom that Reagan started, and Nixon is to blame for Stagflation during Carter's administration, and does that mean that Hoover is responsible for the economic boom during and after WWII? Democrats are such creative rewriters of history and supply and demand economics. :) They know they can't take caredit for anything really good, so they have to take other people's laurels.
