I am hoping that is the case. My biggest interest in the primary was voting for County Commissioners.
It looks like the turnout was pretty even up here in Cecil. I do suspect it was because of the uncontested Senate race though that more Republicans didn't vote. Also, the newspaper has made reference several times to the fact that we have more registered Democrats than Republicans but the general election results in the past five years would imply the opposite.
