I hope that Carter will find that everything in life that he hopes for will be frustrated.
When he was president I thought he was well-meaning but incompetent. Now I can only hope that my assessment at that time was correct and only the years after his presidency turned him into a bitter old man who seems to hope and work for catastrophe for my country.

I know there is a village out there looking for Jimmy Carter!
surely, they could use a village idiot who can build houses!

Democrats are shooting at themselves. Jimmy Carter is just not thinking any longer and I can understand that it must be he is just old.
He is nuts and should be shut down, but of course he will never because we live in the United States of America. Let him go at it- the old ex-president speaks again.

Typical Democrat Party: Pelosi is the party patriarch and Carter is the party matriarch.

"Carter has forever ruined the sacred, unspoken tenant that ex-Presidents would keep their noses out of their successors' affairs."
Bill Clinton proved that tenent only was a requirement of Republican ex-presidents.

Lamont's campaign got a boost Wednesday from former President Carter, who offered a blistering critique of Lieberman's support for the Iraq war. A boost? Are you sure? Maybe it's more like "a kiss of death".
