Is Jimmah still alive? I thought he died of irrelevance.

You're far too kind; more so than Carter deserves.

LOL! That is funny. I can see it now, President Bush makes a televised address, stating in response to the Dems, he is withdrawing troops from Iraq and placing them Afghanistan. Then he waits a beat and pulls the punch line - they have to go through Iran to get there.
Then a rimshot!

Jimmy Carter: easily the worst President of the 20th century. And bucking for the all-time record.

Wonder how the anti-war crowd is warming to the new Democrat position on the war on terror? Iraq is the wrong war, we should be at war in Afghanistan. A war is war to the anti-war crowd isn't it?

And he'll still be running to Marxist capitals around the world, making Castroite speeches condemning "the values" of his own nation.
If there was any semblence of non-partisan, unbiased political impartiality in the European media, much less our own, Carter would be famously known as the real joke he truly is.

"Jack's his son."I live in Nevada, think I am a political animal, know this guy won the dem senate primary, and I don't even know who this carpetbagger is.
Except that he claims to be "an investment consultant." Gimme a break. This son of sam hasn't ever had a job he can put on a resume. I guess that is the perfect qualification for a democrat senate candidate.

When he was president I thought he was well-meaning but incompetent.I thought that until the day he address the nation wearing a sweater and told us that our standard of living was never going to be so good again. After that I turned off the TV when he appeared simply to prevent damage to the TV.
