For six years, John O'Neill was the FBI's leading expert on Al Qaeda. He warned of its reach. He warned of its threat to the U.S. But to the people at FBI headquarters, O'Neill was too much of a maverick, and they stopped listening to Him. He left the FBI in the summer of 2001 and took a new job as head of security of the World Trade Center.

Until 'The Path to 911' I had forgotten about John O'Neill. This movie is a wonderful tribute to him. It's taken years for this tribute, but oh how well deserving.

incredible how his path in life, put him in the WTC on 9/11/2001.

I have heard that he was not on or above the floors where the planes impacted, is that true? that he could have gotten out, but somehow did not (participating in the rescue?). does anyone know those details?

The FBI had an agent who really understood the terrorists' mindset. He was belittled at every opportunity by his superiors there, and basically shoved out. The Yemen ambassador should be investigated and tried for impeding the investigation (she was a total screwup)and certainly contributed to the 9/11 fiasco. That a political hack could ruin someone's career at the FBI shows how derelict they have become, and that is a real shame.

It's a long read, but worthwhile. John O'Neill gives a presentation. So does Bill Patrick. Patrick predicts in INDOOR anthrax attack on US soil. Patrick also divulges details on what he dubs the "munition efficiency" of a dry powder bioweapon. Obviously the powder sent to Senators Daschl;e and leahy had a certain "munition efficiency" which can easily measured. It's a number between 0 and 100%. The higher the number, the more sophisticated the weapon. The FBI have still not told us what that number is.

It is interesting that PBS (who republicans condemn) has all the evidence on their website that condemns the 'Decade of Decadence', clinton, and his cadre of progressive socialists that brought on the September 11, 2001 attacks on American soil.
