The architect that designed the Twin Towers was contracted to design 1/2 scale the Bank of Oklahoma building in downtown Tulsa. It is called the
BoK Building and is a dead ringer for the Twin Towers. Since I grew up in New Jersey and drove through Lower Manhatten I get a lump in my throat when the BoK comes into view.
Here's a picture looking west down Boston Ave. Tulsa

Another two views of the
BoK Building, 1/2 scale replica of one of the WTC Towers
There's a east-west interstate that goes from Sand Springs into Tulsa. As you head toward Tulsa with the sun setting, the
BoK Building gives off this amazing orange glow from the sun reflecting off the aluminum (like the one in the second picture). My throat gets tight everytime I come over that hill on 244 and remember the WTC Towers.
