Msnimje,

What did ABC do that matches Gorelick's betrayal of the public trust? Is that you question?

Well, for starters ABC News' "journalists" continue to deny her role as a terrorist enabler. Instead, they give her credence as an expert on handling world terror by inviting her on their shows. ABC News did not and still do not question why she was allowed to be a member of the national commission examining 9/11 when part of that examination was whether or not her own policy decisions allowed it to happen.

Further, the Clintonistas and the other koolaid drinkers in the Democratic Party would not be in a position to aid and abet world terror if ABC were doing its job. If ABC was willing to ferret out the truth without fear or favor, the American people would be in a better position to make an informed choice. Instead, ABC, like the rest of their alphabet brethren, has chosen to side with the Democrats because they are more interested in wounding the Bush Administration and promoting their cocktail party friends than in the safety of their fellow countrymen.

And that, sir, is why ABC News shares equal shame with Ms. Gorelick. But if you will allow me, I will agree with you on one point.

Not only should this woman be in the dock instead on This Week, she should be joined on the stand by her boss, William Jefferson Clinton. It was he who most bares the blame and dishonor for 9/11 and it is to ABC News' eternal shame that they continue to protect and defend this narcissistic adjudicated perjurer and serial sexual harasser.

I will never forget seeing one of the so-called Republicans on the commission (the Admiral IIRC) state that Jamie Gorelick was so valuable to the commission because she was in charge of deciding which documents were worth inspection by the commission. Talk about the fox guarding the henhouse.

I never heard this again, but it should have gotten more publicity, especially when the Sandy Berger theft became known. I am so furious at the right not saying over and over that the "copies" he took and destroyed were annotated copies and that the annotations were what he wanted to destroy. The right lets the left win the war of words again and again. No one would care if he took exact copies, which is what most people think.
