Wow, I had never thought of that angle! It does make sense in light of the revelations we're getting about radical islamism. But how does one explain the seemingly well integrated Moslems, with good jobs like engineers and happy children and westernized wives? How do we reconcile their murderous actions when they have achieved an escape from what Rehov identifies as the festering source of Islamism's power to pervert the mind to bloody allah's wooing.

Now that I think about it, the behavior of the 911 highjackers, jumping into the sleazy sexual underworld and gambling is a plain indication of sexual perverseness.

Not as long as they subscribe to Islam. They like to pretend this is a case of disenfranchisement or marginalization or "cultural hegemony" or some such rhetorical diarrhea. But in fact, this is purely ideological: Islam's framework of earthly morality is different than Judeo-Christianity's, and the two are irreconcilable. If you profess Islam, you are committed to eliminating Christians, Jews, and anyone else who does not practice Islam.

Christians are not exhorted to murder all those who disagree with them; Muslims are. Escaping the source of Islam's power means escaping Islam period.
