Whay's the big deal? Cyanide's been around or centuries. Is it necessary to spend money to develop a suicide pill when a really good one already exists? Maybe these guys should try out some cyanide before wasting money.
All they really have to do is mix up a batch of rat poison with water, filter out the lumps with a coffee filter, and refill their IV bag with the solution.
Presuming they are all terminal and half dead anyways, they are probably already hooked up to one.
They could even do it easier than that, just save up the morphine that the nurse gives a terminal person for pain. usually they hang a 1o mg bag on the iv poll every 4 hours or so for pain. After the nurse hooks it up and leaves, swap it for an empty bag. save them all up, and go in style, give yourself 100 mg all at once.
If you servive, it will at least have been a real nice trip, and you can try again later.
