I wish I could think for even a second that this would hurt his election chances...or he will actually have to go to trial fo this..

Never fear.. if Menendez is still behind in the polls in October (and/or is facing indictment), the NJ Supreme Court will swap another Democrat onto the ballot. Just following their own precedent that they set in 2002.
