The above is a letter that I am sending to the IRS regarding the cover of a recent "The Active Life" magazeine that the NEA sent out this month. I believe that it constitutes a clear breach of the rules, but I want to get other's feedback on it.
I am posting a copy of the front of the September Issue of The Active Life (NEA polical action magazine) and will post the link whenever I do. I have it scanned if someone could just tell me how to post it I would very much appreciate it.
