Feminism: The Freedom to Make (Bad) Choices
The Prometheus Institute ^ | 9/8/2006 | Justin Hartfield

While the Feminists intentions are good, they deny the true nature of the Feminine. I do not disagree that females should be equal to males under the law. However, it is an entirely different matter for females to act like men and expect some sort of enlightenment. A woman can be feminine yet equal, without having to succeed on male terms.

No, the trouble began with the old maids. Polygamy was an alternative to feminism.

Mrs Mag's definition of feminine behavior is allowing an equally well armed male to take out threats whenever possible.

She's very feminine, but make no mistake, thanks to Mr Colt, she's equal.

When you go around acting like an idiot, it's stupidity. When you come up with a name for your stupidity, it's activism.

Any group who believes they are being denied their fundamental freedoms, and has the willingness to stand firm in the face of the masses of naysayers, deserves respect.

Here's my problem. Feminists ignore any facts inconsistent with their demagoguery. As a result they tend to say one dumb and illogical thing after another. This has made it hard, if not impossible, for me to respect them.

Yes, women are free to make bad choices. The difference is that when women make bad choices, the government jumps in to save them.
