What the heck? Is the letter from Clinton or from Bruce Lindsey? If Clinton is so angry why can't he write and sign his own letter?
It appears that like with Monic Lewinsky where Clinton did not have time to handle the terrorists he currently does not have the time to handle his own letter.
Bill Clinton, pissed off by proxy. LOL!
If ABC shows it, their ratings will skyrocket.
Hey Slick---put some ice on it.
For eight years, once a year, I listened to Clinton tell the nation that Mary and Joseph were a homeless couple looking for a place to stay.
Now Clinton accuses others of "rewriting history".
It's a great time to be alive!
LOL!
I know Rush didn't enjoy the tv show, but I sure miss it. We got jewels like this. :)
Hey Clinton, pull my finger...you'll find out what most of America thinks of you.
I remember Clinton making the same objections to Farenheit 911, writing all the networks not to show that movie, to fix the mistakes ... NOT!
The final policy paper on national security that President Clinton submitted to Congress 45,000 words long makes no mention of al Qaeda and refers to Osama bin Laden by name just four times.
The scarce references to bin Laden and his terror network undercut claims by former White House terrorism analyst Richard A. Clarke that the Clinton administration considered al Qaeda an "urgent" threat, while President Bush's national security adviser, Condoleezza Rice, "ignored" it.
The Clinton document, titled "A National Security Strategy for a Global Age," is dated December 2000 and is the final official assessment of national security policy and strategy by the Clinton team. The document is publicly available, though no U.S. media outlets have examined it in the context of Mr. Clarke's testimony and new book.
Hey Bill! Pull my finger :)
Better yet.. Hey Bill! Pull your head out of your a$$!
Schadenfreude all the way on this one
You are probably right...but let's have fun while it lasts and not be disappointed when it happens!
"In a letter to ABC boss Bob Iger, Clinton refuted several of the miniseries assertions, including that he was too preoccupied with the Monica Lewinsky sex scandal to care about Osama bin Laden."
This is REALLY funny. Didn't think ABC had the spine to stand up to anything...
No doubt! Ya know, a small part of me almost wishes President Bush would make a request for them to not air the movie. Imagine how conflicted the MSM and the liberals would be!?! They would want to scream "censorship" so bad but would know that their hypocrisy would be too obvious after Bill's request.
Clinton's office requested a copy of the docudrama, but was denied,Clinton spokesperson Jay Carson told the Website TPMCafe.com
HA-HA!
