If I was a contractor competing with this bum for contracts, I'd sue him under RICO laws and put him out of business. Everyone should play by the same (legal) rules.
The great economy we have now is a myth, Just outsourced labor. If they paid the real capitalist wage I think many americans would not be buying as many flat screen TV's, or our housing market would never have gone into the current bubble cycle.
I would take it even further. If I'm ever injured by an illegal I'm sure I could find an attorney willing to sue the company that hired the illegal. After all, the illegal wouldn't be here without means of support.
It's a great idea, and some legit contractor should do just that.
