Ahmadinejad to take part in UN General Assembly
THE JERUSALEM POST Sep. 6, 2006
MK Dan Naveh (Likud) called on Israel Wednesday evening to demand that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad be barred from attending next week's United Nations General Assembly.
Ahmadinejad announced that he was to participate in the assembly by his own initiative.
Naveh said that it was impossible for a man who has called for the destruction for the State of Israel to participate in a United Nations meeting.

This 'person' shouldn't be allowed to enter US airspace much less NY.

Oh sure, he can come to New York, meet with Annan, talk to the UN...then we'll send him a nice little goodbye present right up his rear as he flies away.

Surely we must have some kind of directed energy weapons that need a real world test.

Naveh, the only answer there is to stand when he enters the room, openly withdraw your nation from membership in that corrupt body, and walk out.
The United Nations only has as much legitimacy as is given to it by the member nations. If Israel seriously feels that he should not be permitted into the assembly, then they should take real action if it happens.

I saw that. It's just this is Jerusalem Post and Naveh comments. Unbelievable outrage. Does this have something to do with diplomacy again? Better rewrite all the dictionaries cause this can't be within the definition of diplomacy.

Wouldn't be surprised if our country welcomed this sad and sorry excuse with open arms and a key to the city. Many, many, many prayers and blessings for all those residing in New York...

A smart way to embarrass this guy internationally for nuclear defiance would be to ban his travel to the UN.

This guy is the image of the U.N., like Arafat before with his little gun during his speach.
Get the U.S. out of the U.N. and the U.N. out of the U.S.

He's an active supporter of terrorism and an enemy of the United States. Arrest him at the border and send him to Gitmo. If he won't talk, apply "alternative procedures."
