still am of the opinion that if you are ILLEGALLY in this country, you are NOT protected by the Constitution, and you DO NOT automatically recieve the consideration afforded CITIZENS.
In cases of civil settlements, YOU HAVE NO "STANDING" to gain entitlement.....it has been erroneously ruled in the past by judges that these CRIMINALS have the same rights as citizens, but common sense tells you that as far as this country is concerned, if you are not a citizen of this country, and are NOT here on diplomatic or visa credentials, you are NOT recognized in any court of the U.S.A.
Then, to bitch about not being a citizen and having to hide, why not? You are a fugitive from justice, and deserve being arrested, and DEPORTED back to where you snuck in from.....
