I still say I don't much care who or how, somebody needs to terminate this scumbag with extreme malice. I believe he is also responsible by proxy for the death of the kid on the ATV that dragged the state trooper 100 yards down the road "because he was drunk and skeert" whereupon the trooper ended it with 2 9mm attention-getters.
I would rather if they pulled back the officers and let the hunters find the guy and perhaps "accidentally" mortally wound him.
