I'm torn on the primary. I'm not real happy with a few of the things he's done. Overall, I think Tim's done a great job considering this is a Fever Swamp dominated state.
Spanking him in public doesn't seem like a good move to me. You just know the Red Star will have a field day with it (Republicans DIVIDED, etc.) and it just might demoralize some people that don't pay as close attention as we do. I want a big turnout on the R side, because I certainly don't want a governor Hatch.
Well, they won't let me get close enough to him to spank him in private and that's not really my thing anyway, so public will have to do. The Star and Sickle will spin any outcome as dire for the R's and I disagree that bad news suppresses voter outcome. I think if it looks like a fight, more voters will feel that their votes mean something, causing a larger turnout.
It's a nice way to let the party know what I think, and it'll amuse me greatly if Sue wins the primary. After all, I'm a Republican because I'm conservative, not the other way around.
