I don't see a blur.

Look to the right of the door in the back - you can see a shaded area that runs all the way up - that is undoubtedly the cord that was in motion when the shutter clicked.

You can clearly see a blur when you look at the gray wall.

I mean, if blurs can be consiered clear. Not that they are clear. If they were clear you would see through them. Clear?
