Several weeks ago, his minions sabataged the BP pipeline in Alaska to drive up fuel prices in order to kill women and children this winter. The $6.9 million he gave to charity is from the billions he skimmed as CEO of Halliburton. There is nothing about Cheney that would surprise me.
