What did they do wrong? How do you do it right?
They kinda like twisted the plastic at the top. You need to use a zip lock sandwich size plastic bag, fill it almost full of water. Then use tacks 3 to 4 to secure it at the top. You’ve also got to place these bags from an area that hangs free [not against a wall]. Makes sense?
