Children of illegal aliens who are born in the U.S. are not here illegally.

And they can stay here - sans their illegal parents. If their parents want to take them with them upon their deportation, they should be able to do so provided they forfeit the childs US citizenship. See, there is always a compassionate solution.

Or do as the Saudi and Japanese laws are......when they reach the age of 21, they can decide which citizenship they want, and if they can pass the test they can become a legal citizen

And an excellent one, I might add!

We're one of the very very few nations that permit "Anchor babies," and even encourage it by paying for the births in our hospitals: that has GOT to stop!
