Cable could also be used to detonate a large cache of conventional explosives as well.

Not sure that matters. The fact that they're going to test is a big red flag in my book. The over/under should be on whether we're going to do anything about it.

Is betting allowed on FR? $10 says not a successful test.

So few other countries (none) with the military capability and will such as the US. They may be trying to divide us for leverage knowing the international backbone doesn't exist to stop them. I trust contingencies have been made though.

"Iran and North korea getting hot at the same time.

Yep and the major sponsors of Iran and North Korea - Russia and China like it. Possible scenerio: Iran or North Korea use a nuclear weapon on America through terrorist or a scud fired from a shipping container at sea. The USA nukes North Korea or Iran. Radiation spreads into China or Russia. In the interests of national security, Russia & China nuke the USA. I am finding it interesting China is now building underground cities these days while of course Russia already has several...

What would Bush do if they tested on the same day?

Chia-head and his cohorts need to be eliminated. To please the Dims, we could indict him for counterfeiting, illicit drugs, and sale of nuclear technology to a belligerent nation. Solution, send Jimmah to deal with this clown. Sort of double down on a pair.
To: Rio
$10 says not a successful test. Based on the rousing success of their last weapons test, I'd say that's a pretty safe bet.

Send out Condi to say that the US, is very, very, very mad, and if they don't stop it, they are going to get a time out.
I'm getting used to the idea that if they have a successful test, they become untouchable.

North Korea Appears to Be Preparing for Nuclear TestI thought Clinton fixed this problem. Wasn't this the biggest foreign policy "success" of his Presidency?
