Looks like I'll be the first to remind everyone about the Hezbola silkworm missile that hit an Egyptian oil tanker. That's the source of the spill.
As for the clean up, nothing is stopping Syria, Greece and the other Mediterranean countries from cleaning up the slick when it gets to their waters.
