General question to whom it may concern:
If Israel warned Qana area residents to leave and they couldn't because they had no cars, money or destination (shades of Katrina), why didn't the wonderfully benevolent Hezbollah, who offer so many social services as is reported by the drive-by MSM, evacuate them?

"When they kill their own children, no big deal".

That is sad, but true. It is also remarkable that it took the media hours to get there ... yet they waited until the cameras arrived before they started carting out the dead bodies. They have got this down to a science and many are too blind to see.

"Why are they killing us? What have we done?"

Blame Hibullah.
They stationed rockets right next to you, and fired rockets aimed directly at Israeli civilians.

Yup.
And the suckers from the BBC and CNN just keep lapping it all up.

Hezbollah set-up Qana for a strike. Fox news has a video here showing Hezbollah launching Katyushas from sites directly behind an apartment building. Civilian casualties will continue to mount as long as Hezbollah continues to launch their rockets from civilian neighborhoods.

Killed future terrorists. What is wrong with that? You sleep with the enemy you die with the enemy.

So are we, Tj. Does that mean they cannot go up against the U.N. if it is in their best interests to do so?

"Why are they killing us? What have we done?" screamed Khalil Shalhoub, who was helping pull out the dead until he saw his brother's body taken out on a stretcher.

F#@&ing Liar. He knows damn well rockets were being launched immediately behind the building, and elsewhere in the village. He couldn't possibly not know. The launched nearly every day from there, over a hundred and fifty rockets altogether. He also knows damn well that the building collapsed hours after the Israeli attack (which was not on the building itself but on the nearby launchers).

Not improbably there were rockets stored in that very building, and if so Khalil probably knows that too. Unless he's lying under duress, my sympathy for this scripted actor is zero.

"Tough!" This is war and all of those civilians would still be alive today if Hezbollah didn't choose its ideological commitment to Israel's destruction over the welfare of Lebanese citizens. When one country wages war on another, civilians do get killed. In case any hasn't noticed, Israeli civilians have died in this war too, only I haven't seen the UN, the Vatican and the West think targeting that breaches all the laws of war and humane obligations. I'd understand the uproar over Qana if it wasn't for the double standard.

Lebanon's prime minister said his country would not talk to the Americans about anything but an unconditional cease-fire.

Lebanon's prime minister must either be stupid, or a terrorist himself. The answer to getting Israel to stop it's attack is really quite simple. If Lebanese officials would just instruct their police and military to go all-out to round up and crush Hezbolla themselves, Israel would likely back off to give them a chance.

But guess what.... The Lebanese are just as guilty by allowing Hezbolla to not only operate freely, but to actually allow them to run part of the government (10% of elected officials and around 30% of the government if you count the coalition they have built in the government.

I have come up with one legitimate way to blame Israel for the current trouble in the Middle East.

Had Israel done what God and instructed them to do when he gave the land to them, the current issue would not even exist.

God's specific instructions - go into the land, take the land, and kill ALL of the inhabitants, sparing none. Do not take their women for your wife, and do not do business with them. Simply clean house.

Yet what did Israel do.... they spared some, then some more - and paid a heavy price back in the early days of Israel and Judah. And the vermin have never gone away.

But that is in the past. Today, we and Israel have to deal wtih the problem as it is TODAY. And that means that we MUST clean out the terrorists or they will come back even worse next time.

It all reminds me of pest control in your home. If you have a roach or flea problem (two of the most difficult bugs to rid your home of) and you spray only once - some survive and eventually come back even stronger than before. It take persistant spraying and methods to eradicate the problem.

As long as we and Israel just superficially "spray" the problem, the bugs will just keep coming back - stronger each time.

"Profound, yet hidden" pretty much describes my history, and explains a lot of the reasons why when I show up in the pits at certain dirt ovals that you can observe folks observing which pits I enter and taking up funds from friends to protest whomever I may be percieved as helping.

But that's a whole 'nother matter.

Let me be blunt, assuming the Mod will let me.

Islam is a false religion that has developed a mechanism for political and societal control over the last 1300 years or so. Regardless of how many adherents it claims, how much these adherents lie and cheat to gain advantage, whatever "muslim" central African idiot is heading the UN, or how many "innocent" people have been "fooled" by islam's ideology, ISLAM IS AT WAR WITH THE WEST, AND UNTIL ISLAM DEVELOPS SOME RESEMBLANCE OF A CENTRAL AUTHORITY (in the West, we called it the Reformation when we sort of said "that was then, this is now" regarding all that stoning and buring stuff in the OT, but I digress) THAT WILL ISSUE SOME SORT OF DOCTRINE TO STOP THE JIHAD AND KILL THE TWERPS CONDUCTING JIHAD AGAINST THE WEST!

Sorry for all the yelling. As it stands today, about seventy five percent of the muslims in the world give the rest a bad name. Worse yet, the 25% who can and would get along are targets for the others. Therefore, I think the whole enterprise should be removed from the face of the earth by whatever means required.
