Does the US have *too many* people willing to work for low wages, or *too few* willing to work for low wages. Depends on which position will get you more votes. We live in odd times - with 4% unemployment we still have Democrats banging the minimum wage drum. What's next Democrats complaining that the gold standard is hurting farmers and working families? And Republicans cave to this nonsense.
