Madiba mute over Middle East crisis
July 26, 2006, 11:30
Nelson Mandela, the former president, will be having a low-profile meeting with Leila Khaled, the Palestinian activist, because he was "not involved" in the Middle East conflict and does not wish to be dragged into it.
Today's meeting between the two was not open to the media and photographs would be available only from Khaled's media officials, said Zelda la Grange, Mandela's spokesperson. "It's not about (things being different for) Palestinians.
"We don't want Madiba to become involved in the Middle East. His seeing her immediately raises questions about his being involved. He's not involved."
The meeting is scheduled for noon in Houghton, Johannesburg. - Sapa
Larry Elder just talked about this. The wonderful humanitarian Mandel is meeting with hijacker terrorist scumbag Leila Khaled. Has the New York Times or L.A. Times or Washington Post told you about this? I didn't think so. READ ABOUT HER.
Why is it incredible that Mandela is meeting with terrorists? What do you think he spent 27 years in prison for, unpaid parking tickets?
great link -
what a puke.
we need more snipers...
and cowbells. more cowbells.
If there's one thing that will ever justify John Prescotts position of DPM in the UK it will be that he vetoed a decision to have a statue of Nelson Mandela erected in Trafalgar Square.
I couldn't have imagined anything worse than walking by looking at an eyesore like that.
Exactly... he too liked to make things go BOOM
What is incredible is that this is below the radar. Where is any reporting? Even on FOX?
For the MSM and all liberal pukes, that commie terrorist Mandela is a hero, and thus is completely off-limits...
What's so unusual about a damned Commie, convicted TERRORIST ( Yes, Nelson Mandela WAS/IS !) meeting with a fellow terrorist? Heck, he was even married a terrorist too.
