I guess one of the things that I find disturbing about this is learning about the kinds of people who work for the State Department and that we send out into the world to represent the United States. Here we have an intellectual lightweight with all sorts of personal "issues" and that's the best we can do!

I wish I could understand just what it is these folks want. Doesn't Plame already have a book deal? Right now, since it appears that their suit is a losing proposition, I would have to assume that what they want is to keep this in the news in hopes that it will favor the democRATs in the fall elections.

Isn't Olberman that conspirazoid freak? I think he is the head DUmmie.
More than likely he told Wilson ahead of time that his new boss was watching, and had to sound normal!
To: Bahbah
He doesn't want anything. He is a modern day Walter Mitty living out his delusion.

Weird Howie keeps creating these Frankendem monsters and the MSM keeps trying to rein them in. Wilson, Murtha, Sheehan and the list goes on and on.

Reading between the lines, could Keith have seen the seemingly credible Novak interviews on Fox News and Meet the Press, reviewed the skimpy Wilson complaint, and concluded that discretion was the better part of valor when it came to hitching his star to a bogus publicity stunt destined for the dustbin of litigation lore?Yep. Olbermann is out for Olbermann, and you can count on him to be the first to desert a sinking liberal ship like a... well, like a rat. I think it's become pretty clear to even the most tunnel-visioned liberals that the Wilson-Plames are shameless media whores.

I remember Alec Baldwin making a death threat on national tv (NBC, coincidence?) to Henry Hyde AND HIS FAMILY during the Clinton impeachment hearings.
This is a bunch of horsesh!t from the DUmass media. They can play their jackass games but elephants don't forget.

We know that Valerie disclosed her secret status to Joe Wilson pretty early in their dating history.
So one has to wonder, was that an isolated case or did she leak to other boyfriends?

I wish I could understand just what it is these folks want. Doesn't Plame already have a book deal? This is typical Demrat/garbage politics. .
Do wish Repubs had a scenario to put these people out of their misery. . .find reason to sieze their phone records etc. . .and just see who calls them at the end of the day and says 'Good Job'. . .
No doubt, they know. . .but would make good 'copy' nonetheless. . .

In Vanity Fair Wislon admitted that his wife spilled her guts about working for the CIA within a few weeks of their first meeting. One look at that ditz and you can tell she thinks that there isn't any fun in being a secret agent if you have to actually keep it a secret.

I don't know the original source of this, but I knew I saw it. It's quoted
here without specifying the original;
From another thread... Following hubbys lead, the newly retired Plame wallowed out of the funk her lack of professional opportunities inspired to accept a $2.5 million book deal with Crown Publishing. When this deal fell through, she settled on an unspecified contract with Simon & Schuster. This new contract was announced the same day as the lawsuit: Thursday.
