Israel has already warned it will knock out Lebanon's electricity grid if the rocket attacks continue.(why haven't they already?)

I think the electricity grid is already out. Lebanon for all practical purposes has been sent back 30 years. Knocking out the electric grid formally would simply be the icing on the cake. In such a target rich environment, the Israeli Air Force is running out of places to blow up.
