Like I said, when does something as "quaint" as a Constitution matter to a Lawgiver-In-Black, be they state (like the Gang of 4 on SCOW that just validated unlimited Indian gaming) or federal (like Crabb, who instituted this mess in the first place)?

More Wisconsin history, Judge Crabb's decision was poorly written and on appeal was likely to be reversed or limited.

The party responsible to appeal it was the Wisconsin Attorney General Jim Doyle whose office missed the appeal date due to a "calendar mix up." Coincidence or was he bought years back?
