Excellent news, but it would be interesting to see more detailed analysis - a part of this could be sustainable, and another part could be in the nature of one-time tax windfall. So I'd like to see how much of it could be reasonably projected forward.

I'm sorry... I just hate that liberal buzz word so badly that it just makes me see RED!!!

It is a lame loaded word designed to slam freedom!!! Freedom of enterprise. Freedom of markets. Freedom of travel.Freedom to own and CONTROL my own "private" property without excessive and extreme interference by GovernMental and self-annointed EnvironMentalists who are now empowered by our legal system to annoint themselves a "Deputy DA" and then make the taxpayers pay them legal fees and all the court costs for them to force the government to beat up on it's citizen/taxpayer/property owners till they are vanquished!!! I HATE that stupid word!!!
