MEXICO CITY - Conservative candidate Felipe Calderon was winning an official vote count by a razor-thin margin Thursday, but his leftist rival said he won't accept the results and will take his demands to court.
"We are going to the Federal Electoral Tribunal with the same demand — that the votes be counted — because we cannot accept these results," he said.
His comments came as electoral workers wrapped up a vote tally that showed Felipe Calderon leading by 0.3 percent.

Ah. Is anyone surprised? I was reading the Mexican press about an hour ago, and he is charging invalid markings on ballots, etc. The usual old Al Gore stuff.
Mexico's voting system is more secure than ours, so the left can't get the usual dead voter input, but they obviously learned from Palm Beach and are going for the "those voters REALLY meant to vote for us but they were too dumb to do it right" attack.
I seem to remember how all of Europe was getting their jollies during our close election in 2000. Odd how that isn't happening in this case.
