Its funny how the Democrats rail at supposed Republican incompetence. Here they can't even pass a budget in New Jersey, where their party has unified control of both elected branches of the state government. What's their excuse for incompetence there?

Here they can't even pass a budget in New Jersey, where their party has unified control of both elected branches of the state government. What's their excuse for incompetence there? It reminds me of the Carter Presidency. The Democrats controlled the White House, Senate, and House, and still couldn't get much done.
