Thus the current Presidential full court press on him from Communist Vietnam.
If I were the President of South Korea I sure wouldn't trust a Presidential extradition demand from a Communist Vietnam...

Helping him properly decide in his own country's best interest in a Letter to the President of South Korea would certainly be appreciated by Tony's very loving Vietnamese-American family, I'm sure.

This is nothing more or less than state sanctioned kidnapping. The UN would stop this if the UN were a responsible and representative organization.
But, I don't understand why the Viets would take this step since they are so anxious to improve their standing in the World Community. Nguyen must have been seriously tweaking them on a daily basis, with the Orange County Viets, the viet kieu and, by extension, the local VN in VN.
