all the time here I find that to be insulting to the people here in Ottawa you cant even walk the street here in Ottawa or drive your car with out someone mabey trying to car jack you but they want to call the military for this but not for the safety of others....that is just disgusting if you ask me! when something is small like that and can be fixed its not a problem for the goverment to put there face on camera.. when murders hapen the goverment does not stick there nose into it ..in there own capital ...and that my freind cant be washed away by simple rain.
