You ignore the fact that sodomy is a good way to spread disease. We're not just talking about an individualism that emphasizes living as one sees fit; we're talking about actions that benefit or do not benefit the larger community. Community sentiment is basically absent in radical individualism. It's basically a very selfish mentality.
