But Reid's execution was delayed by a federal judge who said a hearing was needed to determine if the inmate was mentally competent to give up appeals of seven death sentences.
He was competent to stand trail, and competent to commit the horrible murder.... He's competent to die.... After all, we all are going to die someday... he chose to bring his ending date a bit sooner than natural....
And that right there is a crime against society (and taxpayers more specifically)...
TN should say 'Bugger off' and do it anyway.
