Once supply and demand kicks in and the price of a bottle of beer is going for $15, I wonder if they'll blame George Bush and his cronies with "Big Beer"

A pilot was landing at Frankfurt and called the tower for clearance speaking German. The following conversation ensued:
Frankfurt Tower: Please speak English if you wish to land at this airport.
German pilot: I'm a German pilot flying a German airliner landing at a German airport. Why the hell do I have to speak English?
British Pilot on same frequency: Because you lost the bloody war.

I remember going on a Cycle Oregon trip, where the participants literally emptied out the town's only liquor store of all the beer it had.
Think 2500 people that have just bicycled 70 miles in 90 degree heat descend on a town of 500 souls in the middle of nowhere. The beer goes down easy.

Budweiser is a different brand in Germany........There already was a Budweiser Beer in Germany from centuries ago, so what we know as Bud is sold there as Anheiser-Busch.........
