Since this launch is just after sunset, weather permitting and no scubs, it will be visable over a wide area, best views of powered stage of launch, Southern Nevada, Arizona, southeastern California.
Cheer the Delta IV on! her first west coast flight with a secret payload that are the eyes and ears of our nations defense in the high frontier. Another bird to watch the bad guys.

The launch winds are now 28 knots at the pad. They have been increasing over the past hour. Forecasters say there's a 70 percent chance the winds will be "no go" for launch.
The plan is to continue the countdown and pre-launch procedures up to the built in holds while monitoring wind conditions.
I missed part of the briefing, trying to get better sound out of this laptop.
Maybe it will delay the launch enough to launch in darker skies, more spectacular.

The NROL-22 satellite will be lofted into orbit aboard a Boeing Delta IV Medium-Plus variant launch vehicle from Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB).
This mission represents the inaugural NRO flight for the U.S. Air Force's Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV) program.
The Delta IV rocket will lift off from Space Launch Complex 6 (SLC-6) and will be the first launch from SLC-6 since its reconstruction to accommodate Delta IV space operations. Multimedia
